To my thoughtful neighbors:
For the longest time I could not figure out why there was such an inordinate amount of hair on my balcony. It was as though someone was running a black-market dog grooming operation specializing in the elderly. Then, the other night I noticed something waving to and fro in front of my balcony. What was it you ask? YOU shaking out your rugs directly onto my balcony. Please be so kind as to refrain (def: to keep oneself from doing, feeling, or indulging in something and especially from following a passing impulse) from doing so in the future.Thank you,

Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has been accused of punching an 18-year-old man in the face and breaking his car window with a beer bottle, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
Henry, who was arrested four times during a 14-month span, was suspended by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell for the first half of last season for repeatedly violating the league’s conduct policy.

I had another such idea in the car once. You know how when you get on the highway, you roll up the windows because you’re speeding up and it’s getting too windy? Why doesn’t someone make a car window that rolls up the windows automatically when you speed up?
Yeah. Tiff won’t let me forget that one.

BMW does make a car with the window feature, or at least they did. The BMW 850 had windows that would automatically roll up when you hit 65 mph to help increase aerodynamics. I still believe the 850 is the most timeless body shape BMW has ever created.

I’m disappointed in the finale. This definitely can’t be the last Wire. It definitely has to go on, because there were too many things that were left untied for me. Like Marlo going back on the street, like Carcetti. And they never showed what happened with Randy.
It never seemed like a real ending to me. It seemed like there was another season. Maybe because I love The Wire so much, I just want more. I love the story if that was three episodes from the end. You know what I mean? I didn’t like the end.
And then my little poor man, Dukie. That just crushed me when I saw him doing heroin.
I had a friend whose mother was a junkie. His grandmother gave him a Sega one year, and when he came home, all of his stuff was gone, because his mom had got to it and sold it. Basically, he knew that he would have to hide his things…
…There were times where I was approached by people in the game, but my buddy’s cousin basically ran the ‘hood. If something was about to go down, they would tell us to go home. If there was gonna be a shootout, they made sure we were as far away as possible.
